Zoe has over 7 years experience in the fitness industry, and is a CanFitPro certified personal trainer, yoga alliance yoga teacher, pilates and barre instructor, as well as a breathwork and meditation facilitator. She is a graduate of Mohawk College in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness program.
Zoe loves learning, and is passionate about being informed and educated in everything she does. She recently returned from doing her second YTT, in Ubud Bali; and hopes to continue learning, travelling, and growing.
Her approach to her group classes is a blend of movement practices, her teaching style integrating aspects of yoga, pilates, and functional strength to create unique movement combinations. She is trained in perinatal fitness and yoga and is happy to chat anytime about how to modify any exercise to work for the pre or postnatal body.
