Maisha Kazi
Yoga Instructor
Maisha (she/her) has been practicing Yoga in different forms for nearly two decades and has been teaching for over six years. With a focus on Raja Yoga, her classes consist of a mixture of Yin, Vinyasa, and restorative styles of Yoga. She works regularly with all levels of practice, with people from a variety of backgrounds, ages ranging from 8 to 74 years old. She strives to make every Yoga practice well rounded, accessible, and rooted in its history and culture. She sees this practice as a way to connect more deeply with herself and the world, and she believes in helping her students do the same.
