Kristin has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and certified as a yoga instructor in 2017. Her classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles as she tailors the class to the needs of the participants and their energy level on any given day. Kristin supports yoga participants in developing strength, flexibility and breath in their yoga practice in a risk-free environment. Kristin has recently completed her CanFit Pro certification as a Personal Trainer and is looking forward to working with individual clients to meet short and long term fitness goals. In her spare time, Kristin loves hiking, kayaking and cross-country skiing.
