His specialized approach fuses Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), ELDOA postures, Functional Movement System (FMS) and Muscle Activation Techniques (M.A.T) to allow any person to maximize training results, optimize sport performance, avoid injuries and recover faster. This training system ensures you have the safest and most effective training program necessary to achieve your health & fitness goals while sustaining a functional lifestyle.
